Stagecoach Texas Police Officer Robert Lee was arrested Saturday for the shooting death of his brother Harris County Deputy Rocky Lee. He said he thought it was a burglar and shot five times. Rocky Lee was a 26-year veteran of the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers are investigating.
